WHY YOGA
Yoga is a scientific discipline designed to eliminate stress and tension physically emotionally and mentally. People who practice yoga regularly not only feel better physically but also report an increased sense of happiness and peace within themselves and with the world around them.
All tension is stored somewhere in the body and true stress reduction is a matter of discovering how to release that tension and to be pro-active about recognizing tension before it interferes in your relationships and in your daily activities. Yoga programs directly address stress on all levels.
From the very first session, the deep breathing and stretching will do much more than just release stress and tension, the effects will start to permeate into your everyday life to translate into a more fulfilling and conscious lifestyle.
